Your files

AllThingsPDF's tools process files entirely inside your browser, on your device. Files are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. We have no copies, no temporary storage, no "deleted after processing" — the files never leave your machine, which you can verify yourself. On tool pages, the page's Content-Security-Policy technically prevents requests to third-party servers.

Analytics

The site uses two page-view analytics services: Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics (cookieless, aggregated). They tell us which pages and guides people use so we know what to improve. These events contain the page URL and standard browser information — never anything about your files: no file names, sizes, contents or counts. Google Analytics may set cookies; see Google's privacy documentation for how it processes data. Blocking analytics with an ad-blocker does not affect any tool on this site.

Local storage

The site uses your browser's cache so tools work offline after the first visit. This data lives in your browser and can be cleared with your browsing data at any time; we cannot read it remotely.

Hosting

The site is served as static files. Like any web host, our hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, requested page, user agent) to serve and secure the site. Those logs cannot contain your documents, because your documents are never sent.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. A change that added any form of file collection would contradict the site's entire architecture — treat that as our commitment that it won't.
