How it works

  1. Choose a text-based PDF containing tabular data.
  2. Rows and columns are reconstructed from the text layout.
  3. Download the .xlsx (or .csv) and clean up in your spreadsheet app.

🔒 Your files never leave your device

There is no upload step to worry about, because there is no server. The file you choose is processed by your own browser, on your own device, and the result downloads straight from its memory. Once this page has loaded, the tool keeps working with the internet disconnected — try it in airplane mode. Unlike sites that promise to “delete your files after one hour”, there is nothing to delete: your file was never sent anywhere. See how to verify this yourself →

Frequently asked questions

How accurate is the table detection?

Clean grid-like tables — statements, price lists, registers — extract well. Layouts with merged cells or decorative spacing need a cleanup pass. That's the honest state of the art for on-device extraction.

Bank statements are sensitive. Is this really local?

Yes — that's exactly why this tool exists. Extraction runs in your browser; try it with the network off.

Can it read scanned statements?

Not yet — scans need OCR, which is on the roadmap. The tool detects a scan and says so.
