How to Add a Logo to Every Page of a PDF

A small logo in a consistent corner turns generic paperwork into branded paperwork — quotations, invoices, reports, study material. The difference between tasteful and clumsy is three settings: position, size and opacity.

Open the logo tool

Step by step

  1. Prepare the logo as a PNG with a transparent background — the single biggest quality factor. A white box around a logo is what gives DIY branding away.
  2. Open the tool, choose the PDF, then the logo.
  3. Position it (top-right is the classic), size it at 10–20% of page width, keep opacity at 100% for corners.
  4. Stamp every page and download.

Tips that save a retry

  • For a background brand watermark instead, set size to 40%+ and opacity to 10–15%, centred.
  • Use a logo at least 600 px wide if the document will be printed.
  • First-page-only branding: split off page one, stamp it, merge back.
